Project 1
Folkstone – All cleared and prepared with a small Kandla Grey sandstone path leading to a patio, synthetic turf with raised planters made from sleepers and dressing added to cover a wall and the fencing.
Project 2
Rainham – Existing concrete patio removal, cleared and prepared with a new patio laid in Raj sandstone with new drainage channels and a retaining sleeper step to the lawn.
Project 3
Maidstone – Removal of a concrete poured patio and clearance of the garden to lay a small Kandla Grey sandstone patio & step the back door, synthetic grass and white gravel at the bottom to dress the fence line.
Project 4
Iwade – Levels changed to free up garden areas of inclines & declines to the fence lines. Construction of a retaining wall, made from I beam RSJ’s and 250mm sleepers with a small patio laid into the new space out of Raj sandstone.
Project 5
Eastchurch – Sunken area excavated, footings poured and a retaining wall to encompass the area, from concrete blocks laid flat and finished with K rend and capped in Kandla grey sandstone. Construction of log cabin and the base with a small patio and step laid out of Kandla grey sandstone and polar white gravel to finish.
Project 6
Sittingbourne – Excavate and clear shed, grass and spoil. Pour shed based and footings for a perimeter wall, construct dwarf wall. Take down existing large pigeon loft, and recycle materials to reconstruct a workshop, adding windows and velux windows for light.
Project 7
Iwade – Clear, prepare and pour an insulated concrete reinforced based topped with the construction of a log cabin.
Project 8
Iwade – Cleared and prepared, footings poured to construct a retaining wall supported with concrete blocks and dressed with natural Kandla Grey hand cut bricks
Project 10
Gillingham – Removal of existing concrete patio and lawn, with new fencing at the boundary, a large raised planter, a Kandla grey porcelain patio, pathways, steps edged in dark grey. Freshly laid turf and a palisade fenced area with access for the dogs.
Project 9
Iwade – Cleared and prepared, New ACO surface drain with patio laid in Brazilian Black Slate, with a sunken flower bed, finished in Drivesett edging.
